Raised in New York and a graduate of Cornell University, Hani Aldulaimi has been living and focusing on Real Estate in Arizona since 2000. He has been with Keller Williams Realty East Valley for over 21 years and has been the Managing Broker for the Commercial Division since 2006.

He has represented tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in locating and negotiating office, retail, industrial and land sales and leases. Hani also has expertise in the areas of multi-family investments, gas station/c-store/car wash sales, 1031 exchanges and investment sales. He is a KWEV Agent Leadership Council member, an active investor and developer, licensed residential and commercial general contractor, 2020 WeServ Commercial Chairperson and founder of the Commercial Petroleum Group.

Before his time with Keller Williams Hani worked with the Chevron Corporation and was involved in new business acquisitions, asset management, and real estate development of service stations and retail centers in the Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas and Southern California markets.

Hani has been integral in over 900 projects with a value exceeding $600 million. Jess Janssen
Director of Operations

Jess comes from a family of entrepreneurs and is extremely resourceful. From an early age, Jess knew she'd be in the independent business world in some way and even remembers her first marketing gig for her dad's transportation company. She was 11 years old. Crater School of Business student of the year, Jess went on with her business acumen and sought out her MBA. From financials to marketing, Jess is well versed in every facet of business. She's even owned a few over the years.

Why does she do it? Humbly, Jess believes in success WITH others! When she coaches or counsels others, as they succeed, it fills her cup! “I don’t need a medal or trophy! I need my people to succeed – that’s what brings me joy.” She has three daughters she empowers daily. Her oldest is already an accomplished artist that is building her own brand at fourteen! As she always has, Jess supports her husband in all of his endeavors, which has included 8 years as a military spouse, owning a gym, restoring cars, home construction/DIY remodels, and more.  

Jess has nearly 15 years of real estate experience and worked in various capacities as they lived all around the world. She also has lending experience and was a business banking specialist for three years in her career.

Sam Kapur
Commercial Agent

Before moving to Arizona, Sam lived on the East Coast and West Coast. A graduate of Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School he grew up learning the intricacies of running a business from his father, a prominent business owner in Southern California.

After leaving the family business to carve his path, Sam moved to NYC and eventually traveled around the world while working on Cruise Ships as an Art Auctioneer (yes, he can do the fast-talking thing). Later he honed his business skills as a Management Consultant where he worked with businesses of all sizes in various industries. Sam’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for business excellence helps him add massive value to his Commercial Real Estate clients. As a business owner, operator, and leader he can anticipate and alleviate obstacles his clients face. His Business Consulting background gives him the unique skill set of working first-hand in numerous industries and being able to quickly research and learn about businesses he hasn’t yet worked in. Sam has an insatiable appetite for learning and growing which helps him stay on top of the current market so he can effectively guide his clients in any economic condition. Tara is the team's Listing Assistant and is a valued member on the team. She tirelessly directs any and all listing activities, communicating with agents and buyer or tenant inquiries, sets up tours, participates in contract negotiation, and provides feedback and solutions to our clients.

Armed with a Computer Science degree, specializing in networking, Tara’s adaptability is her greatest asset. Her ability to seamlessly navigate diverse environments, coupled with a commitment to staying current with market trends, sets her apart in this fast-paced industry.

Tara’s professional journey is a testament to her versatility. With a background in marketing and technical support, she excels in communication and customer service.
